To create your budget, you can simply use an exercise book or ledger. If you are techy and always on the move, you may consider using a budgeting app.
Recall that I mentioned that you must know your figures. That's the next step. Your budget must have income on one side and expenditure on the other and then monthly, quarterly or yearly balances depending on your budget time frame
