Today we want to look at 2 other very important aspects drastically affected by Sapa - Fuel & Transport. We know that fuel and transport are closely linked because fuel powers the various means of transportation in Nigeria be it bus, car airplane, tricycle (keke), motorcycle (okada) and others.Whatever happens in the petroleum industry affects the entire economy especially the transportation sector.

Today we want to look at 2 other very important aspects drastically affected by Sapa - Fuel & Transport. We know that fuel and transport are closely linked because fuel powers the various means of transportation in Nigeria be it bus, car airplane, tricycle (keke), motorcycle (okada) and others.Whatever happens in the petroleum industry affects the entire economy especially the transportation sector.
As we all know,The President announced the removal of subsidy on petroleum products which directly affected the transport and other sectors of the economy. As if the economic impact of this was not enough, the naira redesign and the attendant cash scarcity and shortage further compounded the problem.
So how did Nigerians manage then and how are we still managing this situation?
I will be sharing my thoughts and experiences. Nigerians are very resilient people so trust us to come up with all sorts of ways to beat Sapa and survive.
